There are two things that we cannot do as a business: "wait" and "limit how we think."

We believe that you hire us to make a difference in your business. You want results. That means we must constantly push. New ideas, new ways, new means. All of these "new" things require us to think and work in an "integrated" manner. No longer does Media hold all the cards in message delivery. Account Management isn't the only strategic guy in the room. Interactive is more than just building a website. And Creative doesn't own the corner on new ideas.

Our thinking is integrated. And we deliver it on a daily basis.

Or we're not doing our job.

Charity
As an organization and individuals, we believe that a better community starts with ourselves. As communications professionals, we believe it's imperative that we know about issues affecting our community. More importantly, we should act on them. Can we help everyone? No. But if we can make a small difference in our community, then we've taken the first step in responsibility as communications professionals - and as human beings.

How can you enjoy your work when you are not enjoying your life?
We have fun. Whether it's a company or client outing, or celebrating our first 50 years with a look towards the future, we enjoy having a good time, with our peers and our clients.
